She has been an entrepreneur and has headed 200 employees, catered to 40 clients, has experience of 25 years of leading and scaling up businesses and projects across 4 geographies. Entrepreneurship and scaling up business through collaboration and association are what excite her the most.

Tanvi More has done her Masters in Human Resources and has more than 5 years of experience working for Multi-Nationals. She is a peoples person and has a penchant for recruiting the best in the industry and keeping them engaged and motivated. With a been there, done that attitude she now looks for value proposition and passion in the ventures she associates with.
